1. When will my order ship?

Your order should ship within 2-3 business days from when you placed the order.

 

2. How will I know if my order shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your spam folder then email customer service.

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.

 

4. I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

Email customer service to confirm we have received your purchase.

 

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, please cancel your order before it is shipped to avoid restocking fees. For changes, please email customer service to see if your request can be honored.

 

6. Why was my item/order cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. However, it is very unlikely unless we have an issue with inventory.

 

7. Can I request backorder on out of stock merchandise?

As a boutique, we rarely restock particular items. However, there is always a chance we fell in love with the item as well. Email customer service to verify.

 

8. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

 

9. Do you do price match or adjustments?

At this time we do not. However, we do have flash sales and offer many coupons to our account holders.

 

10. What if I purchase an item that goes on sale?

Excluding flash sales, we are typically happy to adjust prices for items that went on sale within 48 hours of your purchase.

 

11. How do I apply a coupon or promotion to my order?

When you are ready to check out enter your promotion or coupon code into the provided box.

 

12. Can I combine more than one promotion or coupon in the same order?

Typically we do not allow promotions and coupons to be combined.

 

13. My order wasn't processed, but there's a charge on my account. When will this charge be credited to me?

If your order was canceled, your account should be refunded within 3-5 business days. Some banks take 7-9 business days to show the credit. If you do not see the credit within 14 business days we will be happy to contact your bank with you.

 

14. How do I process a refund or exchange?

Please contact customer service to begin the refund process. At this time we do not handle direct exchanges because of how quickly items sell out. If you already have an item in mind please place your exchange order as quickly as possible and we will process your refund as fast as we can.

 

15. Why hasn't my package arrived yet?

First, check if the package has been marked delivered. All of our products are sent with a tracking number. Then, check with the company who delivered the package on where it was left. Also, check with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake.

 

16. What should I do if I think my package is lost?

First, contact the company delivering the package. If they insist it was delivered, check with your neighbors. If you still can't find it please email customer service and we will see what we can do.
